Need pvt ltd co and a balance of 5 cr in account will be enter in to a 48 - 60 weeks lien agreement with the sender co
the co will TRF 5 cr after the agreement with the receiver co plus the agreed ratio between the companies on the same day .
And after the amt hits the account receiving co as to do re-rtgs of 20-25% to the sender given account as agreed .
5-10% will be mediator's commission.
Balance amt will be retained by the receiver,these transactions will be 48 - 60 weeks as per agreement.
All the formalities will be done with in 4 - 5 working days.
