Singapore Based International Project Funding - Joint Venture Projects
1. Project Cost Must Be Minimum 300 Million USD or Any Big Projects
2. Investor Need To Block 38 % of the Total Project Cost Fund for 5 Years. Then the Investment company will provide 100 % Funding. Otherwise if they prefer to use this 38 % for the project, investment company will provide 62 % funding.
3. Investment Company will invest 100 % Funding for the projects
4. 51 % Equity for the Funding Company and 49 % Equity for the Investor
5. Repayment - Repay Only 20 % of the annual Net profit. There is No Other Repayment for Funding Amount or Interest.
6. Singapore Based Investment Company Will provide Project Joint Venture funding world wide.
