In legal deal the company has to get approval from president, prime minister, DRDO, CM to the district collector. this process requires 30-45 days.
But in the illegal deal the company requires to 3-4 days to bring the huge amount to your spot.

There are two ways to start our business deal.
1. You have to pay the travel and boarding charges (approx Rs. 30000) ,If you didn't show the material. After showing the material if I didn't start the deal i will pay you the same amount.
If you want this way we have to make a legal procedures by advocate and transactions through bank. Rs. 2 lakhs is payable for scientist to test this will be paid by the company we don't have to worry.
(only the fraud people ask Rs. 2 to 4.5 lakhs just for visiting.

2. First I will visit the material and i will be with you till my companies authorized person with ID card visit the material.
Before seeing the material you can verify the company details and profile. For this way of approach you need to pay Rs. 30000 if you didn't show the material.

The above procedures is applicable if you demand for showing the material.We usually deal only the materials have no demand for showing.
My advice is please don't make any demand for showing the material.
