Simply nobody. You are right. Who tell you real buyers are real mediators and they will start searching for someone who may buy after they contacted you. At end nothing will happens. I hold 18" RP. Its a big vessle. Tried to sell for 3 years for little money, but I just met stupid chain of mediators (sometimes the chain was more than 25 members). Everybody introduced us as "we are direct buyers / we are direct reps of buyers". Somebody told me that they have lisences (just fake and some are jobwork contractors of those govt companies only). I now happy after I forgotten contacting people. Item point of view, it will loose its power oneday. I can use it to make my herbal tea everymorning lol.

actualy the main scenario behind this rp world is that over here everybody disguise himself as a buyer but truthfully speaking very few people have genuine buyer and finaciar for rp material..
in other way round very less people have seen actual rp or believe that real rp is not there..
but i belive that ya real rp is there and i have seen many deals taking place for the same in my own city..but one main thing is that in order to have a clean deal in rp both owner and buyer and mediator should have a good understanding in the total t & c of all the three persons involved.
