i have a transaction lined up. to successfully close the deal , i need 7 to 8 lakh rs. i will return this principle money in 25 days. and i will give a goodwill of 5% of the amount every month for next 20 months after i have returned the principal. this is because without the investment i can never kick start the deal. i am ready to give 21 post dated cheques as security. also i am ready to sign whatever legal agreement papers that will be made by the person who is ready to invest.
