1. Buyer accepts the terms and conditions of the contract.
2. Buyer sends the mandatory documents for compliance : CIS, Passport Copy of Account Signatorie and Company Registration/Licence
3. After compliance is completed we will onboard the client and sign the contract and procedure according to contract will start
4. We have a special procedure that involves that Buyer opens an bank account ( e-banking ) in our bank and fund the full amount of each monthly delivery in his own a/c. We will credit Buyer account with the bullion gold at the LBMA price second fixing less discount and then debit Buyer cash account. Then Buyer shall fund his account for the second month delivery and so on.
5.Once the contract is signed then we will supply the gold according to the contract.
6. We offer LOCO account settlement procedures and Allocated account types
7. Our contract has several delivery alternatives, metal account to metal account , metal account to physical address and delivery to any Malca Amit offshore location.
8. Buyer will get all necessary documents from the bank after signing contract.
9. Client meeting with Director of the bank during opening the bank account can be arranged.
10. In reference to LOCO / Allocated account / Malca Amit visit Malca Amit and lbma websites.
