How to get Claim? Once your device is insured it will be protected and covered from Accidental damage/Liquid Damage/Screen Crack/Display Problem and Lost/theft. Case 1:- Accidental Damage / Water Damage/Screen Crack/Display Problem or any Malfunction If anything occurs then either call your relationship manager/customer support and ask for pickup guy who can pick your mobile from your place or alternatively you go to your nearest authorized center (for iPhone (apple care) for others (authorized service centers of mobile companies), show your mobile device and ask for job card or Estimate bill copy and send to claim@mymobileinsurance.com , Please also mention your IMEI Code. After receiving your mail the claim management team will coordinate with the mentioned service center and pay the entire amount of the bill so that you don't have to pay anything (Cashless). Note- In a year Maximum 3 Claims are allowed )

In the Case of Loss/theft Once you realize that your mobile has been stolen or you lost it then immediately go to the nearest police station of the area where actually the event occurred and ask for complain copy or FIR (Don't forget to mention Mobile Details in it) and send the copy to claim@mymobileinsurance.com. After a proper verification the invoice amount of mobile less depreciation charges will be credited to your bank account. Rate of Depreciation- 10% on first year -20% on second year -30% on third year

In case of fully Damage or in non repairable condition. We will replace the handset with a new one provided it will in non repairable condition.
