How to get Claim?

Once your device is insured it will be protected and covered against any Accidental damage/Liquid Damage/Screen Crack/Display Problem and Lost/theft. Case 1:- Accidental Damage / Water Damage/Screen Crack/Display Problem or any Malfunction.

If anything occurs then either call your relationship manager/customer support and ask for pick-upguy who can pick your mobile from your place or alternatively you go to your nearest authorized centre (for iPhone (apple care) for others (authorized service centres of mobile companies), show your mobile device and ask for job card or Estimate bill copy and send to claim@mymobileinsurance.com , Please also mention your IMEI Code. After receiving your mail the claim management team will coordinate with the mentioned service centre and pay the entire amount of the bill so that you don't have to pay anything (Cashless).
