I urgently need a loan of atleast 4 lakhs at the moment. i can mortgage my residential plot ( whose value is 8 lakhs at the moment ). I m from odisha...if any body can help me to get a loan from private finance or from other source i can pay the commission for that and i have also approached various bank. But the bank denied to give any such loan based on the mortgage of plot. Rather they can give home loan. But i am in need of hard cash at the moment. If anybody can arrange a private loan with higher interest also i can manage...and i need a loan of 4 lakhs and will mortgage my residential plot as security whose cost is more than 8 lakhs..
