As the money has been declared as suspense account and case has been registered with Enforcement Directorate, Income Tax Department, etc... All the relevant papers and summons as proof has been checked by me as i myself a government department at higher level and was an easy verification through my contacts.

I have approached the concern departments and found all the information to be true. This man is absconding from his native village as an un-educated and no social support he is unable to claim/get the money.
