I want this only,you are intrested to make it out safely,without any hazards,were will you stay because in this no. not there and place also not mentioned.So,this is Good,so you will definitely make it out ,if you have perfect desire and if your friend co-operate with you we have very fine way to make the thing out at first,after that only we can confirm ,whether the material is of what type of ISOTOPE it is ,I know four type of ISOTOPES, one among them is Rp,second one is RADIATION,third one exists at volcanos,fourth one is not yet found till now,but scientist are excavating it under seas. okay leave this all stuff.Because ,I have been researching these things from 4 YEARS.Till now I have met many no. of people regarding this, I have met many no. of Gurujis, AND also I met the people who removed these type of things,with out GURUJI who removed these things lost their lives also,other people don't even have a clue what happened to these people ,because these things will not be done openly.But this is true.Only government is responsible for such incidents,because in law it is illegal mentioned.Because of only that point many people lost their lifes.Doing such type of things silently and losing their lives,with out having perfect knowledge on such things. okay I will be in touch with you in forrum,If I feel your are real ,I Will come and contact you.
