We do loans for New Project and Industries, all loans should have collateral, and we did not entertain for 3rd party Collateral,

Loans will be provided minimum Rs.1cr and upto Rs.1000cr and Rate of Interest will be minimum 5% and maximum 12%pa, it is depend upon the Proposal value and repayment sources, we do loans in maximum of 7days, Term of the Loan will minimum 1 year and maximum 10years, all loans will be based on MORTGAGE
