friend actually all these deals are illegal coz all the material in this bussiness are used for nuclear fuel and etc.... and the govt is not yet given permission for forign people to go make treaties with civilian regarding nuclear fuel...tats is why it should be done illegally for a time being...as the company comes and takes over the deal..they will make it legal....understand.!?!?
