It must not be cancelled on pretext of bogus trust. 5 CBDT, 35AC(1)(2), SIRO, FCRA approved TRUST. 6 Sanctioned projects. 7 RBI sanction for accepting donations. 8 Receiving capacity of trust. Documentary evidence is must. 9 Bank of trust must be HSBC, ICICI OR AXIS. 10 trust must be registered reg under section 11 and 12 of IT act 1961.
