I have been observing, many people claim they have RP and buyer says they are ready to buy.

Still no deal get completed..quite surprising.

Most of the time both parties try to keep too many secrets with them, like buyer details, material details, payment terms etc

I hope everyone like to complete the deal and make money

People who are around from long time, can create a standard terms & conditions, which should be agrreable by both parties.
