Here are the details about a RP in a village near Dindigul:

The article was found in a village area in dindigul Tamil Nadu. It is wrapped in 20 layers of Teflon and 5 layers of normal packing Ownership has already been registered and test results available. The buyer can do any tests for confirming. All expenses including jackets , chemicals and other materials should be borne by the buyer.

It was packed in 2014 by scientist Vijayanath of Kodak metals. Recently in September 2016 four layers were opened by scientist Antony Lizzie of Pishon Precious metals.
