An individul donor from Italy wishes to donate from his family fund, INR 60Crores to a Roman Catholic Trust. The trust must have the following documents:

1.Trustee's RC Baptism Certificate in original 2.Trust Registration details 3.12AA and 80G 4.FCRA 5.35(i)&(ii) with CBDT Approval 6.Gazette Notification 7.HSBC Bank Account attached with FCRA is best, if not don't worry any bank account will be accepted.
