deffective paypal account giving excess payback (ADV - Financial)
when someone making payment of rupees to this paypal account,it paybacks the sender instantly thrice the amount.Actually there is deffect in this paypal account. But it pays one time only to the sender not two or three times. The total Balance in this paypal account is 95 lacs. The total money it can revert to one account at one time is 4.5 lacs that is three imes of 1.5 lacs. Since i do not have other account,therfore if u do it pay me 7% of ur money.
