Thank you MR5. I have funders who are ready to show new first with few conditions. But my client was not shown any new material after he showed the old to them. So he is ready to keep 15L escrow as well expect the same amount to be kept as penalty. If new party didn't show after seeing old it would be penalty for new and vice versa. It's all because after they show old, the new party didn't show new. That's why they are asking new party to keep penalty before itself. And as you said there is no value for old material but it is the purpose of this business to exist.
