Right now we have two auditoriums (theaters) for sale.

1) Area: 8100 sq.ft., with seating capacity of 217. 2) Area: 8900 sq.ft., with seating capacity of 223.

Cost: @ Rs.15000/- sq.ft.

Mode of payment could be down payment or flexible.

Down payment: 10% initial advance, 85 % in one month & 5% at the time of possession. In this case investor would be getting rental income @12% p.a. until possession. And, after getting possession the rental agreement would be between Investor & INOX. INOX will pay rent @ Rs.75/- per sq ft every month with an increase of 15% every three years.

Flexible payment option: 50% initial, 25% after completion of structure and 25% at the time of possession. And the rent would be @11% p.a. And, after getting possession the rental agreement would be between Investor & INOX. INOX will pay rent @ Rs.75/- per sq ft every month with an increase of 15% every three years. Expected period of completion with RERA is mid-2020.
