We don't understand how some people ask balance sheet, ITR, 3 years details of trust, project report, niti aayog details of trust, cbdt details.. lol no big lol

This is why education is important as 99% people doesn't know what they are asking and for what they are asking, i feel pity for all who send us mails regarding donation and then ask all that stuff which is not required for donating to trust.

Just account number needed of trust or company to get anything, any details of trust or company even to get fund details just name and account number needed than asking all that stuff and making fool of themselves.

Why work doesn't happen just because of dumb people who ask such details.

For donation nothing is required by trust, name, account number and pan I'd that's it.

Company giving donation will mention in Donation letter for what purpose they are donating so everything is cleared at that time only.

Donating CSR fund doesn't need anything from trust, i challenge to anyone if trust doesn't have bank receiving letter then also they can get donations if they are 3-4 years old and have good balance or work condition is good, if not then also they can file it in present year so that is also not a problem.

If anyone is having doubt if i said anything wrong then can ask anyone who is high end official at RBI , ED , Ministry of finance, IT etc.

Company is giving donation will tell in their books as well in donation letter for what purpose they are giving and trust will mention in their books why they took it and how they spend it.

If any trust or ngo doesn't have any project that can also take donation and later can do re donation or can show their project later as well.

People who ask for details of the trust with all that details are the fool's one's and make fool of themselves and also wasting their time

Please don't send us mail's if you don't have right and full information of deal, don't waste our time. We don't entertain joker's !
