1. The trust should have 12AA, 80G ACTS,

If they have 15 cr in their bank a/c the rdgs will be 250 cr. in that 150 cr to re rdgs, 75 to the trust , 25 will be media.

If they have 21 cr in their bank a/c the rdgs will be 500 cr. in that 300 cr to re rdgs, 150 to the trust , 50 will be media.

The transaction will be at Delhi only. The media will be cash only.

I need the trust from North India only.

All other documents are necessary and regular formalities are needed from the trust.
