Hi. We currently looking for finance to buy a 40Cr worth of property in Coimbatore at HALF THE PRICE, since we control over the ONLY PATHWAY to the land.

So we are looking for a finance of 20Cr just for 2 Years within which we can re-sale the property at the market price and repay the financier with their interest amount. We can also make a sale agreement with the financier, so that incase we are not able to disburse the property with in 2 years, they can take over the property (No need to pay anything more), which we can clearly have in the agreement.

We are very sure that we will be able to disburse the property very easily as it's in a very prime location and on main, also we can even sell the property even at 75% of the market value if we want, in which case also its 25% profit for us and we shall repay the loan with interest at that time.

In both the cases, the financier is profitable and his funds are very secured
