When media, broker's or consultant's act and talk like owner's then it's a first step to know, nothing is there with that person so don't waste your time !

No donor's company gives any letter to anyone that that person will talk on their behalf so there are no Mandate from donor's company, so if anyone says he is Mandate or anyone is then ask for letter, everything will be cleared and truth will come out.

Media is big or small doesn't matter, what Matters is if both sides media acts and talk like media than being owner, work only happens when both media arrange meeting with both sides owner's else only media media exchanging documents and wasting each other time and blaming each other.

Now 99% says what if they will by pass you, anyone can bypass or can contact direct so don't get scared of that, take chances you never know. If you are direct to owner of any side then you will never be scared of bypass yourself by anyone.

Don't blame media, work, trustee, donor company for your own mistakes. Truth is bitter and hard to accept.

Fix meeting owner to owner result will come by itself. Simple and small way to get success.

If you think can take ratio or can take other media commission if you are having donor then in the end you will not able to do it or else no work will happen.

Company or trust-ngo documents or project is their headache not of media, broker's or consultant's. All that is secondary thing, Primary and most important is balance should be there in donor's account and should be legal and trust- ngo should be legal. After RTGS its company and trust headache so don't get involved in it. Take your commission if RTGS is done then both owner's are on same side but other side both media, broker's and consultant's.
