But it is necessary to levy thus type of conditions in order to avoid the shoppers and time waster , who are simply TEETO TELLERS.I do understand your point , but you too need to understand my side . Up till now, since my post reflected in the forum, I have been contacted by several people but NONE of them was able to prove that they the Buyer available. So in such condition, I cannot work out with SHOPPERS.
