CHEST ACCOUNT EXCHANGE IN TO PREMIUM - PROCEDURES.

“B” Party has Chest Account in HSBC BANK, at Fort Branch, Mumbai.

“W” Party willing to accept “B” Party Chest Account Funds and willing to pay the Premium Funds.

Agreed Ratio is : for 100 Cr Chest funds Exchange with 170Cr. For the both sides Intermediaries : 30% (A B C Sharing).

Working Procedures :-

Both parties will meet at Hyderabad or at Mumbai for face to face discuss the arrangements.

On agreed date and Time, both parties Biometric , Account Signatories will goes to Bank,

with their Company Authorization and Identity proof documents.

Both parties Signatories will approach to Bank Manager or V. P’s Chamber.

“B” Party will introduce the “W” Party Signatory to the Bank official in their Chamber.

“B” Party will show his CHEST ACCOUNT SLIP or their Chest Rental Receipt copy to their Bank officer (Manager or V.P)

and advise them to confirm that their Chest funds availability to the “W” Party Signatory.

The Bank officer has to verify and confirm to the “W” Party Signatory and say “YES” that “B” Party Chest funds available in this bank.

So you can Pull-Out your Company Statement for handle this Transaction.

“W” Party at the same bank, without go out from the Bank,

He will pull out his Company Bank statement copy and handover to V.P / Bank Manager for their verification purpose.

“W” Party Pull-out statement copy verify and confirm after, the same day or the following day, can book the slot for transaction commencement ! “W” Party pull-out statement “the company name must be matched (similar) to “W” Party Company Authorization card specified company name.

Should not be change !

“W” Party Pulled-out statement the funds should not be obtained from any kind of Loan, Overdraft, Mortgaged funds and any illegal funds origins. ABOVE TERMS HAS TO PERFORMANCE IN THE BANK BY BOTH PARTIES,IF ANY PARTY FAIL, THE FAILED PARTY HAS TO PAY CASH 25 LAKHS, SUCCESSIVE PARTO THETY.
