Greetings of the Day.

One of my client is taking SBLC to get funding on it from their suppliers banks.

He is looking for the partner who can invest 50 Lakhs for the deal and ready to offer Rs.1.00 Crore within 45 days to 60 days upon disbursement or can share the loan on 50/50 basis.

He is able to introduce his Investment Company from where he is getting SBLC & Funding.

He is ready to fulfill all the legal requirements like Agreementation, Post Dated Cheques & Guarantee from his Investment Company.

Please note that as a Guarantee to Investor, Client can make an arrangement with his Investment Company to disburse the whole funds to the Investment Partner and Investment Partner needs to transfer the loan amount to my client after taking his ratio.

In case of any failure also, Investor will get 10% as penalty on the investment and the cheque for Rs.55.00 Lakhs will be given at the time of agreement itself.
