Brief process for 2nd channel to RTGS (in a Trust):

1. Work has to be done at Jamshedpur, Jharkhand and the bank is HDFC

2. Total volume is 10 Lakhs and initial first transaction would be if 10,000 cr

3. Seller will make a DD of 6 Lakhs and send you the photocopy.

4. Once you receive the photo copy of the DD please move the Company (Buyer) to Jamshedpur. If required then 2 tickets for Buyer party will be provided.

5. From Seller's side suitable date is 17th April. On this day Buyer and Seller would meet outside the bank and exchange their authorization and IDs.

6. 1st step is the PG process. PG amount should be 100 CR. In the bank Seller would pull out the statement from which PG's cheque is to be issued and then make a cheque in Buyer's name. After that Buyer has to do the same and make a cheque in favour of the Seller. Both these cheques along with signed Terms sheet would be handed over to the bank official.

7. After that Seller would take Buyer to his VP's chamber for an introduction. After that Seller would verify his slot.

8. After successful verification of slot Buyer must pull out his statement. The statement should have the balance required for that day's transaction.

9. After successful verification of Buyer's account balance Seller would verify his 2nd channel account.

10. Following above Seller would do the transfer and hold it. Buyer would check and verify the transfer using his own methods along with using the download code.

11. After successful verification of transfer the Buyer would initiate the RTGS and Seller would handover the release code.

12. RTGS from Buyer would go in an NGO's account.
