i need 20 cr to start off 3 pre schools to begin with in north mumbai. funds will be used to purchase area and invest in infra and starting the biz.

i also wish to start off a k 12 school in north mumbai but that is a 100 cr project with a 5 year gestation period. howver after five years it will generate about 25 percent return on investment for ever.

i have 30 plus years in the education business and have done many successful projects but for others. i can do this for your investor or minor partner too . open to various models. i will bring my expertise to the table and nothing else. so if that is ok lets take this further
