If Agreed the trust has to book the company coordinators flight ticket from mumbai to the work location, and also should book the hotel. Then the next day the trust has to book the amount of 8 Lakh directly to the company account. once booking done the coordinator will refund the flight ticket and hotel expences. the cordinator will give agreement and cheque or any other methord as mutually agrees for saftey of the booking amount, and he will be your guest till the company representative come for work the next day.
