one of my client has 300 cr worth of prime land in delhi. if you are able to invest this amount you can take entire orignal set of papers . convert it into sblc and use it. keep the profits which by all accounts are huge. this is a genuine deal. no one will offer u land at 5 percent upfront. so instead of sitting around and doing nothing and just posting if you can get 300 cr organised you are in business. i can take a ratio of 50 50
