1. Share trust Papers

2. Sign term sheet , latest bank stmt & donation request letter.

3. Company shall give code for taking video after taking rbi approval.

4. Take video as per format given and share the video to company person.

3. Company will give willingness letter one day before transaction.

4. Company HO will hit rtgs within 2 working days after receiving video.

5. Company will arrange qnq team and logistics within 7 days to pick the cash.

6. After checking qnq and loading cash, company will share documents for bank.

7. Trust shall Do in and out in bank.

8.Handover cash to company person.

9. Complete paper work formalities with form 10H.
