NEED EMPTY USA /CANADA /UK Credit cards with good credit limits With ONLINE ACCESS for loading process (This is NOT Pre-Auth or OFFLINE loading)

We prefer empty cards with minimum or zero draw-able funds in it. Physical CARD should be Handed Over to us, primarily for Unloading & safety purposes.

If the physical card is not here, We need one capable person related to card holder (who can payout if card holder doesnt) to sit with us for the complete process as payment guarantee.

After loading, we will unload the funds in consent with the card holder by taking PIN or OTP & Give the share for lending the card for the process.
