Need USA/CANADA credit cards (empty) for loading process. Want PHYSICAL CARD only in CHENNAI (as mobilizing between places are not possible)

We prefer empty card only. We will LOAD & UNLOAD the card & give the card holder his share for lending the card for deal.

Please Only Chennai, Other places are not possible right now, as we need card in-hand for Guarantee & Unloading. Please be practical & Logical. This is a simple process & So lets keep it simple.
