My Client in Kerala auctioned One Old Building with Land.

Total Market Value would be 650 Cr as on today including Land and Building Scrap, Old Machinery Scrap and other available scraps.

My client needs to Pay Rs. 200 Cr to the principals to change the ownership and start working on the dismantling of the Assets.

Now, my client is looking for a finance of 250 Cr against the same scrap to pay to the Principal and other related debts.
