There are many fake companies are in the market and it is knowingly or un knowingly circulated by various media people as if genuine. Even there are certain buyers who can do with maximum token 5-10 cr. There after they will not move , will be continued under joint custody or kept with chip packing.

Once chip packing done it can not be sold again to anyone without the knowledge and permission /co-operation of the 1st buyer who made the chip packing. It will be continued for years!!

Based on my experience, being a co-ordinator for a genuine international buyer who have necessary permission to do the Business in India, I like to inform genuine sellers to understand the following truth and move forward for your success.

My buyer (company) will do it in legitimate manner complying all legal requirements from the day one, will come only with movement. They need to be paid required fee according to the MR,RR, Packing and locational information. You will pay directly to the higher official and you will be given receipt in soft copy. After payment made within (max) 72 hours they will arrive with suitable orders.

I have paid with seller/financier 4 years back with the same buyer and I have seen all government's concerned department orders in this connection. Ofcourse it is not "easy go" to do RP business just like that and make it successful. There will be barriers in each and every stage, time and fortunately I already faced/come across all such barriers. So, I am not in position to experience in other's cost as I have enough experience in our cots itself.

More over, I don't find people, talking truth in this business as only 2 people know the genuineness of the material one is GOD and other is actual owner. So the owner knows the material's value and he has to pay the fee to get it materliased and sold. Not some one else who doesn't know the truth about the material.

While packing done with silicon or teflon layers, it was not opened for more than 2 months , than surely the silicon or teflon layers would have been melted. In such a case, additional fee can be paid for opening chemical and the opening will be responsibility of the buyer. Generally in the fee payable, normal anti radiation suits 2 sets are covered but, in case of high radiation or opening by buyer, based on the material condition, it may require D9 or D12 suits which will COST additional charges.

Travelling through fake buyers, long media chain will cause you more trouble even in future. Many sellers even after they have sold the item afraid of coming to certain cities due to media crowd. Again in normal route payment will struck up in RBI as there are around 30 files in Tamilnadu alone. Waiting from 20 years to 4 years, still they have collected money from lakhs people in the down the level and keep on postponing as if payment will be paid tomorrow and a specific day for last three years. We have a legitimate way to overcome this issue also in our deal.
