Can anyone suggest me, I have asked for a loan based on his frequent advertisements with different names but same email id and different numbers, I have asked for 20cr loan, for that they are asking 8000 upfront fees as insurance fees , unless I pay that they won't consider my request and if I pay that , this channel says they can release 20cr in a span of 2 hours

Can anyone guide me whether to proceed or ignore
