Reg Release of RBl Funds (Thru Asst. Counsilor ( Advocate) of Panel)..

1) Owner shuld Verify all Documents in RBI Mumbai or Belapur branch. 2) Once Documents are Confirmed Owner to come with Original File and Advocate will get the Papers and Owners Identity Re-Confirmed from RBI. 3) Advocate will then prepare Owners Declaration cum Agreement indicating Terms of Sharing with Owner/All Beneficiaries. Once Verification/ KYC will be clear from Owner side then we will give him 5 CR on the same day. After that owner has to come in joint Custody. If owner will fail to give Verification/KYC then owner will get fine for RS 5 CR 4) Advocate will Take Appointment for Biometric Verification to be done within 1/2 Days. 5) After Biometric is done, Declaration cum Agreement will be Signed in front of RBI Officials & get finance department approval in 48 hours and then Advocate himself give total amount 20 cr as a token For owner and 25 CR for media. 6) Next Day RBI will Endorse and Give Confirmation of Registered Declaration cum Agreement which wuld be shared by the Advocate with Owner and All Beneficiaries.. 7) Owner/All Beneficiaries to give copy of this to their respective Bank Managers and intimate them prior of receiving such Payments from RBI. 8) Within 21 Working Days Funds will be released or received directly in Respective Bank Accts of Owner/Beneficiaries, as per Mutual Agreed Terms. (( Note :- Owner has to Come for Verification and Arrange for Self Stay at Mumbai. After Biometric is done, Advocate will arrange the stay & Food for owner and media till they receive the token)).. Total ratio: 40% for owner 10% for media (A+B) 50% for rbi/ covid / officials Involved from ministry etc Pl confirm..
