Dear sir's

I have a farm house in my village the thing is we observe that grass is not coming to some extent in the agricultural and , second is we have a electricity pole near to that in a distance of 2 feet., for evry two days the bulb is discarding, we use to replace the bulb for evry two days and ista household electric pole. ,and the other symptom is when we stand on the perticular area with out chappals and with wet legs we can feel some heat on the floor, can u suggest me , what to do???????????????
