bro,
Its agovt pole they are fed up with this since 1 yr so we use to replace the bulb and our elecrtician doesnt know regarding RP he is confused and evry thin is ok y the bulb is is dicarding one more thing when the bulb disffuses ther will be no power in my grand maaaa home ..............
