4. NOC FROM ALL DIRECTORS OF COMPANY FOR ACCEPTING FUNDS.

5. Current dated BANK RECEIVING LETTER (BRL).

6. CANCELLED CHEQUE.

7. BOARD RESOLUTION.

8. AADHAR Card and PAN Card OF COMPANY & DIRECTORS' for KYC.

9. 3 YEARS ITR CLEARANCE OF COMPANY (18-19, 19-20 and 20-21).

10. 3 YEARS AUDITED BALANCE SHEET OF COMPANY (18-19, 19-20 and 20-21).

11. PROJECT REPORT APPROVED BY CA.

12. REQUEST LETTER FOR INVESTMENT.

1. TRUST OR NGO Registration Certificate

2. 12 AA & 80G

3. Niti Aayog Registration

4. ADHAAR Card & PAN Card Of the Trustee or NGO

5. PAN Card of Trust or NGO

7. Cancelled Cheque (Running Current Account)

8. Current dated BRL

9. Donation Acceptance letter

10. 3 YEARS ITR CLEARANCE OF TRUST OR NGO (18-19, 19-20 and 20-21).
