Proposal Investor side for NPA cases. 1. 50 to 250 cr will be invested 2. Rate of interest : 8.2% p.a. 3. Equity required : 35% minimum 4. Processing Time period : 35-40 working days ---------------------------------- Money will be parked in India within 15 days and then after tax compliance, it will be invested after signing the agreement and Enrollment as a Director. --------------------------------- Consulting Charges : 0.2% advance for arranging meeting, for documentation purpose which can be deducted from total consulting charges. Total consulting charges : 2.50 %of loan amount --------------------------------- Everything will be taken via Rags only on personal account. --------------------------------- Timeline : 1. Tomorrow consulting advance charges to be paid. 2. Saturday Sunday consultants will travel and will have meeting with investor. 3. Within next 8-10 days, all documentation part will be done. And immediately face to face meeting of client and investor will be conducted. 4. Within 3 days from meeting, the agreement will be signed with PDC given to the client company and amount will be parked in India. 5. Within next 5-6 days, funds will be invested in the company.
