Sender company can only work in all over south Delhi, Laxmi Nagar, Karol Bagh and in C.P area, sender company will not work in other areas.

Co to Co & Co to NGO work.

2.40cr liquid 3.20cr RTGS + 20 lakhs media....AB or ABC. (Sender Company will give cash commission from 2.40 cr liquid).

*Kyc work*

If receiver is a company following documents are required.

a)---Incorporation certificate b)----Company & director Pan card c) ---Cancelled cheque d) ---BRL E)----- GST Csrtificate F)------ CA approved project report G)----- MOA, AOA, BOR (Receiver can also take RTGS in a proprietary firm as well as in a pvt ltd company.)

If receiver is an NGO following documents required

A)----- 12A, 80G, NGO regd certificate, NGO donation request letter, cancelled cheque, latest BRL, CA approved project, NGO board of resolution, trust deed etc.

*WORKING PROCESS*

1) ---- Company authorised person will come to the meeting point at 1 pm on performance day.

2) --- Company details will be given immediately after reaching the meeting point.

3) --- after showing authorisation letter and IDs... Receiver will take him/her to their fund....

4) ---after verifying the object he/she will call the q&q team consist of 2 persons... It will take 1 to 1.5 hours for q&q team to reach the destination....

5) --after proper q&q, They will call and confirm the sender company to hit rtgs.....

6) ---after receiving rtgs receiver will do in out process.....

7) -- after proper in & out and upon satisfaction of receiver, sender company will give kyc, online disclaimer and an investmenf agreement or online donation letter, if receiver is an NGO followed by hard copy mail by coutrier to receiver regd address within 5 working days and after paying commission sender Q & Q team will lift the material....

*Imp Notes----*

A) ---No CCTV, only ground floor, only commercial area, not public place like temple, hospital etc

B) --- Authorised person can be male or female

C) ----Authorised person will carry his/her phone at fund location....

D) ---Authorised person will go by his /her own vehicle.. And leave their vehicle before 100 metre...

E) --- *Receiver must have account online facility, so that he can able to in and out of funds after banking hours....Don't contact us if receiver don't have online account facility*

F) --- proper landmark of fund location should be given within proximity of 200--300 metres....

G) Sender company will provide company pan card, company regd certificate, GST certificate, MOA, AOA, BOR and will provide online disclaimer and investment agreement or a donation letter after completion of transaction to a receiver.

_H) ----- 50 lakhs, 1cr and 1.50cr work can also be done, sender company will not lift funds below 2.40cr from a receiver location...All below 2.40cr funds receiver has to bring at sender company Angaria in Karol Bagh sharp at 1pm...Then Angaria will count funds and send a receipt to a company..And within 30 minutes receiver will receive RTGS into their company account and after in and out of funds.. Receiver will receive online company KYC, disclaimer letter and Investment agreement. Commission will be paid at the same time by company Angaria._ _Note: Sender company KYC in a hard copy can also be given by a company authorized person after Angaria counted receiver funds._

Receiver has to do live loading/show liquid to Angaria. There is no transfer parchi method would be acceptable by a sender company as this transaction will executed in a live mode.

First step; *Send receiver company docs including material location area, pincode and this signed termsheet.*

Second step: *Then setup a meeting with a receiver, sender will confirm a slot to receiver in a meeting and will personally signed this termsheet.*
