Trade Profit Funds for disbursements (General)
i need a loan of 110 cr for 4 years to build a chs in mumbai. the complete project which is land and building will be given as collateral. there is zero chance of default since existing members of chs are interested in doing it. repayment will be against sale of surplus flats.
we can work out a reasonable ror.
