I got a experience with these point.. 1. If you want direct party then without mediator it is not possible 2. If business going wrong then because of mediator only. 3. Most of them first talk about commission, they even don't know what it is.. 4. Some of them genuine but most of them lost lot of money.. 5. If any one calls they will give 1 number but end of it it will be end with 25 6. I have 15+ year experience in Finance & know company law too, most of the caller teach me about the government law & Income tax problems, but when i ask a question even they don't know what to answer and what is law..
