We are providing loan from private financer or FDI, But Company Should be turnover minimum 5cr in last 3 year(EXCEPT 2020).

We also provide ongoing project loan for HOSPITAL,CIVIL CONSTRUCTION, MANUFACTURING ON ANY PROFITABLE PRODUCTS,SCHOOL AND COLLEGES but Project should be minimum 50cr and all project should be govt sanctioned.

1. Company PAN, MoA & AoA. 2. Last 2 or 3 years ITR with audit reports, P&L Balance sheet and Computation. 3. Last 2 or 3 years Trade License. 4. Last 1 year Bank Statement. 5. Company all loan Sanction letter (If have). 6. All directors PAN & aadhaar Card. 7. All directors Last 6 months Bank statements. 8. CA APPORVED PROJECT REPORT(MIN. 50CR.)

Proprietorship or firm:

1. Last 2 or 3 years Trade License or last 2 or 3 years Professional tax certificate. 2. Last 2 or 3 years ITR with audit reports, P&L Balance sheet and Computation. 3. Last 1 year Bank Statement of partnership firm. 4. Proprietorship or Firm all loan Sanction letter (If have). 5. Proprietor or Partner’s PAN & aadhaar Card. 6. Firm PAN Card and agreement copy of partnership. 7. Last 6 months Bank statement of Proprietor or Partners. 8. CA APPORVED PROJECT REPORT(MIN. 50CR.)

Property Docs:

1. Mother deed. 2. Deed of convenience. 3. Present valuation report of mortgage partition. 4. All clearance certificate of W.B or any others states govt. 5. Property mutation copy. 6. Property tax copy (Latest).

Interest Rate: 2% to 8% depends on loan amount and risk value.

Commission: 3% on loan amount after disbursement on loan one time charges; No upfront Charges.
