all donors have impossible terms. since they dont have any money to give. cheating is rampant.

many donors are still asking BRL which was associated with 35 ac . that was removed 10 years ago. ppl are asking niti ayog number not knowing that is only the government which uses that for giving donations. its not for private sector. then we have some donkeys asking for CA approved project report. ha ha ha. then some ask for RBI blocked funds. RBI does not block funds or files. it states clearly on their website. still ppl are fools.
