Good morning my Pakistani friends. I believe there is the true offline in Pakistan. When i say true offline, i mean 201.3, 6 digits offline, protocol 201 and 202... We load receiver's card and what we need are the following 1. A reliable receiver whose card we can load. Preferably a mastercard, but we load visa too 2. A straightforward receiver who wouldn't lie about how much he really can do 3. A faithful receiver who wouldn't try being smarter than us like one did recently and got into a mess..

Note these: * we are bank loaders and not engineer loaders, so we provide you with whatever you need for a successful download * what we need is 201.3, no preauthorization...
