Note only for who want earn from any bank include RBI:-

I Just give some information about RBI as per my knowledge couple of time i visit Kolkata RBI and guwahati inside for chaste clearance or soil department (un circulate note). Basically soil department they clear lot of old note clearance and damage note that is also part of numismatic time to time they clear through tender notice or table setting. They take money by cheq. or some extra for rare issue.

if anybody good relation with Chest branch than few thing they will buy for example 10 bundle seal pack that called brick (1 to 1000 note in serial). Time to time that will demand in mohrat it will high demand and that also use in gift purpose.
