If good financer then we work more project in Arunchal pradesh Govt. project as well private like Cruser project and roadways project. Due of to shortage of Fund in north east lot of project pending , last 4-5 year we stay(our team including CA and Contractor group) in Itanagar, Arunachal Pradesh.

We give all support including Machineries and labour supply to complete the project but need fund.

Basically for example per month:- 3-4 JCB monthly expense(rent) - 1000000/- Diesel need- 2000000/- Labour cost - 4 to 5 lakhs Misl- 3-5 lakhs

that mean -40 to 45 lakhs per month

this type of project 1st year you didn't get benefit first 2 bill only you adjust running expense last 2 bill you get return.

some hidden expense like 2% take billing section and some time local politics and etc etc all manage by us.
